	Thanks very much Chaim and Ren I agree that facebook has many positive benefits. My niece's little boy has just been diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma and a page has been set up for him so all family and friends can be kept up-to-date on how he is and what is happening. Saves them being inundated with phone calls and emails.

	Hey Norm How are you? I can R & M just about but it is so much easier not to count syllables I still have my job and it won't be my doing if I lose it (lots of uncertainty in libraries at the moment with the big cuts in local authority spending but that's another story or poem) Glad you enjoyed it.

	Thanks Chana Facebook certainly does that. It has its good side too. Through facebook I am being kept up to date on the progress of my niece's little boy who is undergoing chemo for Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. My other niece set up a private group and it's become an online support network (still adddictive though)
